The Holte Extractor Hammer, pictured at right, is a pneumatic hammer. The outer sleeve of the medium extractor is a reciprocating weight that weighs 200lbs. It cycles fast like a down hole hammer. The extractor threads are 4 ½ reg. pin up and box down. With adaptor subs it can be fastened to the top head drive, or Kelly of any rig. A sub on the bottom is fastened to the drill rod, casing or whatever you want to pull.
